Fantastic fan made Justice League movie trailer [video]

Now the Marvel's The Avengers has become a world wide phenomenon, it is time for DC's legendary team of heroes to get their time to shine. DC fans have been waiting a long time for a Justice League movie to happen and it looks like it could happen in the near future. However, youtube user SouperboyX took things into his own hands and created this fantastic trailer using clips from the Green Lantern and the recent Dark Knight films and of course clips from Smallville and the cancelled Wonder Woman pilot. I for one loved the unofficial Justice League team on Smallville so I was really happy to see those characters in this trailer. Also, I found it interesting to see some new footage from the Wonder Woman pilot. too bad fans will never get to see what could have been there (even if it wound up a bad show).

SouperBoyX explains the trailer as: "So here we basically have a "Suicide Squad/VRA/Brainiac Invasion" type thing going on here. Probably what would be the thre…

Now that the new companion to the Doctor on Doctor Who has been cast and she has begun filming, fans are eagerly awaiting official news on who she is exactly.

It was reported that her name will be Clara but we have not been given a last name yet. Besides this, the companion is pretty much a mystery. However, Executive Producer Steven Moffat has offered up some teasers about the character's story on a recording for BBC Radio 5.
"The new companion will, again, be a human from contemporary earth. This is necessary for audience identification and a 'jumping on' point for new viewers How the companion gets where she is and what that means for the character is what will make her utterly different and fascinating

The new companion will not have any links to any previous characters

Her 'journey' will be shocking and intriguing. The Doctor has never met anyone quite like her before

*Spoilers ahead*

Doctor Who fans rejoiced after they recently found out that the classic Doctor Who villains the Yeti and the Zygons would be returning to the show. But it was just revealed that another classic villain would be making their return to the show.

This time the show is ready to bring back the well known humanoids from Mars known as the Ice Warriors. This villain hasn't been seen since 1974 when John Pertwee was running around as the 3rd incarnation of the Doctor but fans have never forgotten them.
"They are making their return in 2013 – the 50th anniversary of the show which now stars Matt Smith, 29. The Ice Warriors will be among the first creatures encountered by the Time Lord’s new companion, played by Jenna, 26, following her arrival in the Christmas Day special." Fans of the current series who may not have ventured into the classic seasons yet may still recognize the name of the Ice Warriors as they were referenced by 10th Doctor David Tennant in T…

Mario enters a violent time in Super Modern Mario Bros. [video]

Nintendo is bringing back some of the more modern "violent" games with its upcoming release of the Wii U. Nintendo has also been very big on porting their old games to newer systems as of late. But what would happen if they mixed these two trains of thought? Bring back one of their original games with a more "violent" twist. That's exactly what this video for 'Super Modern Mario Bros.' shows us. Watch as Mario literally murders his enemies.
Leave your favorite part in the comments! I have to say that I em partial to Mario lighting the Goombas on fire and them falling over. Great stuff!

Are Bronies Changing the Definition of Masculinity? [video]

The television show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic has gained a lot of popularity since it debuted in October of 2010. However, the big surprise that nobody saw coming is the huge following of males that have truly embraced the show and what it stands for. This group of males have appropriately named themselves "Bronies". But a male following for what was once a little girls' show? Can this be true? This video looks at how "Bronies" could possibly be changing the definition of masculinity. "You might assume that the animated TV series "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" is for little girls, but Bronies would beg to differ. Bronies are adult men who sincerely LOVE the show, and aren't afraid to admit it. Many people are baffled, even angered, by Brony culture. With their unabashed appreciation for "My Little Pony", Bronies are challenging our perception of gender roles, which may be more fluid than previously thought!&…

Watch every spell from all 8 Harry Potter films! [video]

Most die-hard Harry Potter fans may boast that they can recite every spell from the books or movies. Well this video gives them the chance to prove themselves. This Harry Potter supercut is a crazy 17 minute compilation that includes every single Harry Potter spell said or done in the movies. You read that right; 17 minutes. So get comfortable.    "Rules: Generally... magic-related things with wands, sometimes with spoken words and sometimes without. A few other "spells" find their way in there, where a wand may not be present but they merely wave a hand--and there's one Voldemort laugh that has no business being included, but I couldn't resist.

Basically, if they're doing spell/wand/hand-based magic on camera, I tried to leave it in, as well as give you little bit of the effects of each spell, when possible. Yes, I'm sure I missed one, and yes, it's probably your favorite." See how long you can last through this video and prove yourse…
