What if Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace was good? These slight changes make a big impact! [video]

When news that Star Wars Episode I was going to be made came out Star Wars fans were extremely excited. But then the doubt and worry set in that it may not be what they want it to be. And then the movie came out. And their worries were confirmed. Now, there are a lot of fans out there who really enjoyed Episode I but there are many who rather believe that George Lucas had never created it. To them it did not have the same classic feel as the older movies and it seemed to be trying to bring in kids just a little too much.

But what if things had gone differently? What if Star Wars Episode I had been good? YouTuber "Belated Media" walks us through the Episode I story but with his own personal small changes to the story that make a dramatic impact. I would really enjoy watching this new version of the movie. Take a look and let me know what you think of the "good" Star Wars Episode I.

Art features the X-Men in an old circus freak show poster!

Canadian artist Curtis Tiegs has created a great piece of art that features the X-Men in an old circus freak show poster. This idea is fantastic!   "The first piece that I did for a geek art show. I figured that everyone else would be doing static super hero poses, but I wanted to draw the X-Men, so I drew them as in a very old freak show style poster." Is there an X-Men member that you would pay to see in a show like this?

Alternate ending surfaces for the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film! [video]

Fans have known about a mysterious alternate ending to the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles since the film came out but nobody could find proof of the scene. Until now! Or at least 2010 when the scene surfaced. I am surprised that I have not come across the scene before but am very glad I have now. The scene was thankfully cut from the film but was instead used in the novelization of the film. The voice acting in this scene clearly isn't the final cut (thankfully) and because of that it should give you a laugh. Enjoy!

Anyone else find it odd that Raphael says "bitchin"? Also, at first I found it weird that April and Danny laugh their butts off at Michelangelo falling off a skyscraper but then I noticed that the other Turtles are laughing too so I guess they knew he was okay.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan art set showing a sole surviving Turtle is gut-wrenchingly beautiful!

Deviant Artist Joao Dias Pires, aka "DeadPea", has created a stunning four photo set for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles titled "Good Bye My Brothers" that will truly bring a tear to any fan's eye.

The set imagines what it would be like if the Turtles were to fall in battle and only have one single survivor. The result is gut-wrenching and beautiful at the same time as the artist really captures the surviving Turtle's emotions and expresses them perfectly.

Star Wars medley - Lindsey Stirling and Peter Hollens [video]

AS a part of YouTube's Geek Week well known musical youtubers Lindsey Stirling (violinist) and Peter Hollens (acapella singer) collaborated to create a brilliant Star Wars medley.

The medley is absolutely great but as a huge Star Wars fan I do not know if it is because of the performers or the fact that I just love Star Wars music. Ha! But credit has to go to these great performers. They did a marvelous job!
