Meeting of the Wolves

Image
Aurubex has created a great piece of fan art that crosses over two amazing video games. Entitled 'Playmate' this peice of art features Wolf Link (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) and Amaterasu (Okami)  playfully getting along. It's adorable and well drawn. Great job!

It appears that in North America that the 10 free NES games for the 3DS 'Nintendo Ambassadors' are already Live on the eShop! The download is quick and painless.

The ten free NES titles that Nintendo Ambassadors have access to are: Super Mario Bros., Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, Wrecking Crew, NES Open Tournament Golf, Donkey Kong Jr., Balloon Fight, Ice Climber, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, and Yoshi.

How to find and download your free Ambassador games:

Seriously, Lucas?? Seriously? *hangs head*

In The Empire Strikes Back we see Luke get attacked by a sweeping Wampa arm. For 30 years the scene remained unchanged even though the puppete…

Image
Nintendo officially announced that a special bundle package will be released for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. This bundle will be available at launch (November 20th) and it will include the game itself and a Gold Wii Remote Plus (as seen at E3 2011). As another bonus anyone who buys an initial-production copy of the game (either separately or as part of the bundle) will get a free The Legend of Zelda Symphony Concert CD that will feature "select orchestral arrangements of iconic music spanning the history of the franchise which will be performed at The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert performances". The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be sold for $49.99 while the bundle will carry a $69.99 price tag. This isn't too bad considering you will be purchasing a limited edition gold Wii Remote Plus for just $20 (while a regular Wii Remote Plus is $40).
