George R.R. Martin discusses the possibility of turning Game of Thrones into a feature film!

HBO's Game of Thrones has become a huge success and that is all due to the wildly popular books by author George R.R. Martin. Fans will be excited to hear that during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that Martin expressed that he is looking at the possibility to turn Game of Thrones into a feature film! "It all depends on how long the main series runs. Do we run for seven years? Do we run for eight? Do we run for 10? The books get bigger and bigger (in scope). It might need a feature to tie things up, something with a feature budget, like $100 million for two hours. Those dragons get real big, you know." Interestingly, Martin also expressed interest in turning his prequel series titled Tales of Dunk and Egg into another feature film. Tales of Dunk and Egg is a series of three stories that takes place 90 years before the events of A Song of Ice and Fire (the name of the book series in which A Game of Thrones is the first book) and follows a group of character…

Artist J-Po has drawn Rocket Raccoon and Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy as though they are Han Solo and Chewbacca from the Star Wars franchise. The piece is extremely well drawn and the comparison between the two duos is fantastic.

Concept art revealed for Avengers: Age of Ultron's Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, and Tony Stark's Hulkbuster!

Last night Marvel Studios: Assembling A Universe aired on ABC and it blew me away. To watch the Marvel Cinematic Universe be formed from start to present and watch how everything worked to weave the stories together was incredible. During the special they showed some fantastic concept art for Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron. The concept art were for designs for Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Quicksilver, Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch, a Hulk vs Hulkbuster (Tony Stark) fight, and a battle scene in which the Hulk and Black Widow stand back to back during the thick of it all. During a behind the scenes clip from the film you also get to see a real shot of the Hulkbuster armor's fist and forearm which looks amazing. You can see that in the video at the 1:10 minute mark.

These images are definitely exciting to see and I am really liking them. I'll also add that the Avengers' Quicksilver looks immensely better than the Quicksilver that we'll see in X-Men: Days …

First official trailer for The Giver is released! [video]

The Giver by Lois Lowry is one of my all time favorite books so when Jeff Bridges' big screen adaptation was given the green light I was both excited and nervous. Questions about how they would film certain elements of the story rushed into my head as I am sure every other fan's heads. Well some of those questions may have gotten answers today as the first official trailer was released!

The film will star Jeff Bridges as the Giver, Brenton Thwaites as Jonas, as well as Meryl Streep, Katie Holmes, Alexander Skarsgard, and Taylor Swift.
"In a seemingly perfect community, without war, pain, suffering, differences or choice, a young boy is chosen to learn from an elderly man about the true pain and pleasure of the "real" world." Watch the trailer for The Giver below and see if the film will do the book justice.

The Giver will hit theaters on August 15, 2014.

Since this is the first trailer we are seeing for the film I do not want to judge it too hard yet but …

Billy Dee Williams dances to the Star Wars theme on Dancing With The Stars! [video]

The new season of Dancing With The Stars has started and in the first episode fans were treated to Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian in Star Wars) dancing to the Star Wars theme (with a bit of the Cantina theme mixed in as well.). The video shows Billy Dee warming up for his first dance and the actual dance starts at the 1:30 mark. Fans will also be pleasantly surprised to see Stormtroopers, R2-D2, and ewoks in attendance! Enjoy Billy Dee Williams' first dance!
The dance itself isn't that great but when you realize that Billy Dee is 77 years old, has had two hip replacements, and has arthritis in his back you have to feel bad for the guy. It looks like he is having a good time but he clearly wasn't brought onto the show as a contender to win. But he is still there doing as much as he can. Way to go, Lando!

Watch all the Doctors from Doctor Who regenerate into each other ending with a touching farewell in this brilliant animated video.

Doctor Who fans will love this brilliant animation created by Chang Dai that features all of the Doctors that we have seen in the series so far regenerating into their next self. The video was originally created to celebrate the 50th Anniversary. The animation is a lot of fun and it captures the Doctor's personality in just a few seconds for each Doctor. Even John Hurt's Doctor made it into this video and I think the fact that in this video you technically don't see him regenerate into Christopher Eccleston's 9th Doctor is really funny and a nice touch to the series. I also really liked the way that Dai ends the video. It's a touching end that fans will really love.

Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have released a new international trailer for Gareth Edwards' Godzilla. Watch closely and you'll notice a few new scenes and some more shadowy glimpses of the giant monster. "Let It Go" sung by iconic Disney and Pixar voices! [video]

I thought I was done posting "Let It Go" (Frozen) videos but I came across this one by Brian Hull and had to share it. Brian has created a new video for the song in which he sings in the voices of iconic Disney and Pixar voices! The video (as the song does) starts out a little slow but as it progresses the voices get better and better.
"With so many covers of Let it Go coming out, people may forget the original Disney magic that this song has, so what better way to preserve that magic with other Disney and Pixar characters singing the song! So enjoy this Disney and Pixar Mashup! Performer is me, Brian Hull and the audio is recorded and produced by Seth O'Neal" The highlight of the video may be when Brian breaks into the voice of Scuttle the Seagull from The Little Mermaid. I burst out laughing at how great that moment was. Enjoy!
