The Evolution of the Batsuit (Infographic)

Since his debut in May of 1939, Batman has own many different versions of his famous Batsuit. Our friends at have created a great infographic that shows us every single suit the Bat has worn and it covers all mediums of media (comic, television, movies, video games, ect.). Each Batsuit is drawn in great detail and is labeled with the year in which it was worn and where we have seen it as well as a quote from that particular Batman. Take your time and look through each of the suits and enjoy! *Click the image to enlarge!

Update: Full The Legend of Zelda timeline

Over the past week I have been reporting on news about the book Hyrule Historia. First it was the announcement of a Zelda 25th Anniversary art book. Then it was revealed that this book could reveal a Zelda timeline. Next came the update with a translated portion of the timeline. Now I am proud to finally announce the full Zelda timeline as seen in Hyrule Historia. This book was released by Nintendo so it is safe to assume that this is their official timeline. All we are waiting on now is for one of the game creators to officially say the word. Until then this will be viewed by many fans as the unofficial official timeline.

Featured right is a photo created by Kotaku that illustrates the timeline. My only gripe about this photo is that it does not tell you what the game scenario is that causes the three splits at the end of the timeline. Yes, you read that right. The timeline does not split into two as everyone thought. It splits into three.

Here is the "official" timeline r…

Doctor Who - Full timeline infographic

The internet has gone timeline crazy! But then again, who doesn't love a great timeline?? The newest timeline to surface is brought to us by and features the British sci-fi show Doctor Who. This is by far the most comprehensive timeline that I have come across for this show. Not only does it cover both the classic and current series of the show covering all of the Doctors and his adventures but it shows us his companions, when he faced his major enemies and lots of geek filled facts! This is definitely the infographic for any Whovian looking for a timeline for themselves or any new fan trying to get caught up on the show. The only thing that is missing from this infographic are the adventure titles but has provided that for us on the left of the infographic which is fantastic! Thank you! Take a look and enjoy!

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey - trailer!

The long wait is over! The first official trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has been released and it is brilliant!! The tone of the trailer builds as it goes and we get a good glimpse of the major characters in this movie. Martin Freeman looks fantastic as the young Bilbo Baggins and the company of dwarves looks great! I cannot wait till next December! I don't want to say too much so that people can enjoy it on their own so without further ado, I present to you Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Hyrule Historia update! Ocarina of Time / Majora's Mask timeline

It didn't take long for high resolution photos of Hyrule Historia to find its way to the internet. More importantly, one of the photos was clear enough for a full translation of the two pages it shows. The pages in question (pictured to the right) talk about Link's adventures in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.

Take a look at the translation of the page below. for any Zelda fan it is a fantastic read and confirms a few points that fans have theorized on.

"Twilight Realm and the Hero’s Descendants
Link, the Hero of Time, was victorious and Ganon’s seal was successful. He returned to his original time and met with Princess Zelda, and a different history was spun.

Another History of the Hyrule Kingdom
Period of the Hero of Time (Child Era):

Ocarina of Time:
The Hero of Time’s Return
By rewinding the time of his 7 years sleep with Zelda’s power, Link returned to his original time.
He now went to Hyrule Castle’s courtyard. Princess Zelda was watching Ganondorf as before w…

Hyrule Historia reveals a Zelda timeline!

One of the biggest debates among The Legend of Zelda fans is the timeline in which the games follow. Up until this point there has been no official timeline and Nintendo refused to acknowledge one.

Hyrule Historia is set to be released this Wednesday in Japan. From the table of contents one Gamespot forum member, FamliarStranger, was able to translate the text from Japanese into English. And if his translation holds up then it appears as though Nintendo will be issuing a timeline for our beloved franchise.
Here's a translation of all the subheadings for the chapter that talks about the timeline (found in this table of contents right here:

"History of Hyrule
~Finally Revealed, The Genealogy of the [Legend]~
The Timeline of Hyrule, Kingdom of the Gods......................................68
The Legend of Gods and the Hero of Time...........................................70
The Downfall of Hyrule and the last…

Wrath of the Titans - Trailer

Sam Worthington returns as Perseus in Wrath of the Titans. After giving an interview where he himself said that his acting the first movie, Clash of the Titans, was awful, one can only have high hopes for his second try at the character.

Wrath of the Titans is set 10 years after the events of Clash of the Titans and finds Perseus as a farmer and a father to a 10 year old. Humans have begun to question the Gods which has caused the Gods to loose their strength. The Titans are taking advantage of this and have been returning to rage a war on the Gods and it appears as if they are winning. Perseus must team up with Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), Poseidon's demigod son, Argenor (Toby Kebbell) and fallen god Hephaestus (Bill Nighy) to invade the underworld.

This film looks to have a lot more action and Andromeda looks like she is ready to take on the Titans single handedly in her armor. From this trailer it appears as if it will be much better than Clash of the Titans.

The Dark Knight Rises - Full Trailer

The Dark Knight Rises finally receives its first full length trailer and it definitely sets the tone for the film. It is well put together and shows us all the major players in this movie. Bane's voice caught me off guard but it definitely has an eerie feel to it so I suppose it works. You see Bane toe to toe with the Bat and get a glimpse on the new Batwing (I prefer the old).
What do you think of this trailer? Fitting for the last film?
