Watch the new trailer for Paddington!

The Weinstein Company has just released an all new trailer for their upcoming family comedy Paddington and it looks really funny. Reading the Paddington Bear stories by Michael Bond was always a lot of fun when I was little so I know I'll check this film out.
"PADDINGTON follows the comic misadventures of a young Peruvian bear with a passion for all things British, who travels to London in search of a home. Finding himself lost and alone at Paddington Station, he begins to realise that city life is not all he had imagined - until he meets the kindly Brown family, who read the label around his neck ('Please look after this bear. Thank you.') and offer him a temporary haven. It looks as though his luck has changed until this rarest of bears catches the eye of a museum taxidermist..."Paddington will be in theaters on January 16, 2015.

Looking back - Hear Darth Vader's voice before James Earl Jones.

When the original Star Wars started filming, George Lucas had David Prowse, the actor who physically played Darth Vader, saying all of Vader's lines. At this point, James Earl Jones was not yet hired and nobody knew what Darth Vader would end up sounding like. The only thing known is that they were still looking for that right voice.

Clips of David Prowse delivering Vader's dialogue have been around for a long time but it is still funny to look back and hear what Darth Vader sounded like with a nice British accent.

A new "Let it Go" parody for Movemeber - "Let it Grow"!

It is now November and that means one thing for a lot of guys out there; beards! That's right, it's officially "Movember". During "Movember" guys let their beards and mustaches grow without worrying about such things as shaving or trimming.

To honor this tradition singer Jesse Hawkins sings a fantastic parody of Disney's Frozen's "Let it Go" titled "Let it Grow". The lyrics are great and the video is all around funny and fun to watch. Enjoy!

Watch a parody 80s VHS trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier!

Captain America: The Winter Soldier was a box office hit for Marvel Studios. However one fan dared to image what the film might look like as a classic 70s/80s action film and created a hilarious parody trailer to share their vision.

The trailer is designed to look like an old VHS tape, complete with slight film degradation. Captain America footage is combined with some classic films to really complete the feel of the trailer. Watch and enjoy as Captain America delivers justice the only way he knows how ... the American way!

The Ohio State Marching Band half-time show: They Came from Outer Space!

The Ohio State Marching Band have done it again! Their newest half-time routine was titled "The Came From Space" and featured music from 2001: A Space Odyssey, Star Trek, Armageddon, Apollo 13, and Independence Day. The music is extremely well played and the marching choreography is outstanding. I played in a half-time show marching band for a few years (and still currently play in a parade marching band) and I really enjoyed this. This video is a lot of fun to watch. Enjoy!

Disney announces the new Star Wars title! Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens!

It was finally revealed today by Disney and LucasFulm what the next Star Wars film would be titled! Coming in 2015 will be Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens!

The films' titles always describe the film in their own way and I believe this is a fitting title for both the story and the start of an all new trilogy. I personally like the title but have to admit that I have been laughing at some of the jokes being put up on Twitter. Some are very clever. What do you think of the new title for the next Star Wars film?

Could Star Wars: Episode VII be better than The Empire Strikes Back? Actor Anthony Daniels, C-3PO, certainly thinks so!

Actor Anthony Daniels has been a part of the Star Wars franchise since the very beginning. Daniels is the man who brought the character of C-3PO to life in the films wearing the iconic golden C-3PO suit. In fact, Daniels is the only actor to have been in all six Star Wars films. So when it comes to judgement on the franchise, his ranks up there.

Shooting has just wrapped on Star Wars: Episode VII and Daniels shared a pretty bold opinion on Twitter stating that Episode VII could in fact be better than Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back! The Empire Strikes Back is widely held as the best film in the franchise by many fans so this statement has a lot to live up to.

"No movie sequel is better than The Empire Strikes Back." You might eat those words for Xmas dinner in 2015. Joy & Indigestion to the world!

Amazing Harry Potter fan film shows us the duel between Dumbledore and Grindelwald!

One of the biggest battles in the Harry Potter franchise is never actually seen in the stories. This battle was between Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald, two childhood friends turned enemies. Broad Strokes Productions has now created an amazing fan film titled "The Greater Good" that allows fans to see how this duel could have played out. The video features a young Dumbledore and Grindelwald as well as Dumbledore's brother and sister, Aberforth and Arianna.

The film is actually incredibly well made and the acting and special effects are great. It is captivating and you'll definitely find yourself sucked into their story. Like in the books, Dumbledore is fighting for muggle rights and Grindelwald is fighting for wizard supremacy.

Watch the battle unfold and cheer on your favorite side in "The Greater Good".
(I recommend watching the entire thing but the dueling begins at the 6:20 mark.)

Marvel teases the return of the 1992 cartoon X-Men team for Marvel Comics in 2015!

Marvel has something huge set for the Summer of 2015 and it involves bringing back some major storylines. Most guesses tend to lean towards the "Secret Wars" event that will happen next summer but how all these various stories will be incorporated into it is anyone's guess. That's right! The iconic X-Men team from the 90s cartoon is returning! The 90s cartoon ran from 1992 to 1997. As seen in the promotional image below, the team's main characters consisted of Professor X, Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Jubilee, Beast, and Jean Grey. However, Beast and Jean Grey are oddly missing from this photo so we'll have to wait and see what is going on with those two.
