This usually ends in some funny, and sometimes disastrous, results. This funny video from BuzzFeed shows us 12 fans who clearly did not have the Force running though them.

Entries included some amazing animations, children in costumes, stop motion, sock puppets and claymation (to name a few styles). Some fans shot scenes in their garage while wearing paper costumes while others went on location or created animations that are truly impressive. The entire film was shot and every 15 seconds you get a new media style. It made for a truly hilarious and fun experience. If you have not seen "Star Wars Uncut" you can watch it here.

RBS' Cosplay Closet - New York Comic Con 2014! [video]

New York Comic Con 2014 brought out some of the best cosplays that the tri-state area has to offer. (And in some cases much farther!) I had an amazing time at NYCC this year and have found two fantastic cosplay videos that show off what New York has to offer the cosplay world. The first video was created by Close Quarters Cosplay and is your standard cosplay music video while the second was created by Comics and Cosplay and puts a flirtatious spin on the normal cosplay music video. I have to say that it is a lot of fun to see many of my friends in these videos. They did an amazing job on their cosplays.

Stay tuned, I'll have my convention review and photos up very soon!

And C-3PO has one major upgrade that differentiates him from the model seen in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Pat Presley, concept designer, says that bringing back classic Star Wars vehicles and imagery has been his favorite part of working on the show.  Tracked down in the hallways of Luc…

Could actress Jena Malone be playing Carrie Kelley, aka Robin, in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?

Rumors are once again coming off the set of Warner Bros.' Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice concerning actress Jena Malone (Sucker Punch, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire).
The actress was spotted visiting the set which initially sparked her involvement with the film that she could possibly be suiting up as the young female Carrie Kelley, aka Robin, from Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns storyline from the Batman comic franchise. Then Malone posted a photo of herself with red hair on her Instagram with fueled the rumors.

Now a background extra from the Warner Bros. set has risked a $5 million lawsuit and broke their signed non-disclosure agreement with Warner Bros. to say that a female Robin will indeed be seen in the film. This is extremely risky and I can't imagine why the extra would risk breaking this story when they really get nothing from it since they have to remain anonymous or face a lawsuit. WILX-10 News picked up the story and soon every website followed su…

"What you're seeing in this video is *not* a cinematic. It is a live recording of the Firefly Online 3D Environment Engine at work, which creates the encounter maps for the game.  This brief "walkthrough" of a procedurally-generated derelict ship should give a sense for the level of detail FFO will offer in both encounter maps and player avatars.  The game will have many kinds of encounters for players to enjoy, from  desert wildernesses to floating cities to giant automated ships you can freely explore. When it comes to derelicts, you never know what migh…

Link's motorcycle in Mario Kart 8 DLC will look like his faithful horse, Epona!

It was recently announced by Nintendo that in Mario Kart 8's first batch of DLC (downloadable content) players would be able to purchase Link, The Legend of Zelda, as a new driver. In the first image revealed Link seemed to be riding a normal motorcycle that was just painted green to suit his character.

However it was revealed today in a new piece of concept art that Link's motorcycle will be more than just a normal motorcycle. Named the "Master Cycle", this new motorcycle has a Hylian shield on one side, the Triforce symbol on its wheels, and the front of it is modeled after Link's faithful horse Epona! It was exciting enough to be able to race as Link in the game but now that we can race riding "Epona" I, as well as many fans out there I am sure, am very excited!

Here are some brief highlights from the interview:
"-Christopher Nolan and his wife Emma Thomas are still executive producers.
-Nolan is still involved at different stages in an advisory capacity. He was involved in the casting of Ben Affleck as Batman.
-They wanted a very mature Batman, because they wanted to juxtapose him with Henry Cavill’s young Superman.
-They wanted a guy with big stature. Ben is 6′ 3″ or 6′ 4″. They wanted Batman to tower over Superman.  They wanted Superman to have to look up to Batman.

Concept art and actor reveled for Tim Burton's version of Robin for the Batman franchise!

In the 90's Tim Burton was originally going to stay with the Batman franchise that he was creating until some disagreements with Warner Bros. caused him to part ways with the Caped Crusader.

Warner Bros. wanted Burton to tone down the dark atmosphere that he had created in the first two films but this was not something that he wanted to do. It has been revealed however that had he stayed on to direct a third Batman film that it would have had Robin joining Batman to fight off The Riddler.

An interesting piece of concept art has surfaced for the Robin that we would have seen. More interestingly it is being reported that Scary Movie star Marlon Wayans was cast as the boy wonder and was eventually replaced with Chris O'Donnell when Joel Schumacher came onto the project to direct.

It's fascinating to see Burton's vision for Robin but it is a design that I personally am not a big fan of. Of course this design could have changed by the time that the real suit was made. Would…
