A revolution is brewing in the new teaser trailer for HBO's upcoming Watchmen series.

HBO has released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming adaptation of Watchmen. This upcoming show looks to bring the 1986 comic series by Alan Moore to life in a new television series. It is being reported that this series will be set after the events of the comic. Though this trailer doesn't give fans a look at the story that will be unfolding just yet it does seem as though some kind of revolution may be building among the people.
"From Damon Lindelof and set in an alternate history where “superheroes” are treated as outlaws, this drama series embraces the nostalgia of the original groundbreaking graphic novel of the same name while attempting to break new ground of its own. The cast includes Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Hong Chau, Andrew Howard, Tom Mison, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing, and James Wolk."

Watchmen will air on HBO this Fall.
