New trailer for Bumblebee shows off original Generation 1 style Transformers.

A new trailer for the upcoming Transformers film Bumblebee has dropped and it has fans losing their minds. Not many Transformers fans were on board with this film but it seems that this new trailer has sold them all on it.

Besides being packed to the brim with new footage, this new trailer shows off several Transformers all sporting their original generation 1 style looks! During a flashback to Cybertron you get to see a Gen 1 style Optimus Prime, Soundwave, and Shockwave. Also featured are Decepticons Shatter, Dropkick, Blitzwing, Starscream, and Ravage.

Film synopsis:

"On the run in the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns this is no ordinary, yellow VW bug."

Bumblebee will be in theaters on December 21, 2018.
