The battle with the Predators returns to Earth in the first teaser trailer for The Predator.

Predator is back!! The first teaser trailer for the upcoming film The Predator has been released and my interest is peaked. From the official synopsis, it seems that these new Predators will be a lot deadlier than what we have seen in the past. It's interesting to have the franchise return to Earth in a modern setting. I love the alien characters of the Predator race (known as Yautja) so I am hoping this film is good. Too soon to tell but my fingers are crossed.

Synopsis:

"From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black's explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe's most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race."
