Avengers: Infinity War will officially tie in every thread and tease from all 18 Marvel films.

It has been 10 long and amazing years since Iron Man hit theaters and fans have absolutely loved watching the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) unfold. Avengers: Infinity will be hitting theaters in just a few months and everything we have seen so far on screen has been leading up to this. Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4 will be the culmination of every Marvel film and it has now been revealed that they will actually reference and connect all eighteen films.

The Blu-ray and DVD of Thor: Ragnarok will feature a segment called "Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years - The Evolution of Heroes" where fans will hear director Joe Russo reveal this:
""Every story that Marvel has told since Iron Man 1 finds a narrative thread in these next two Avengers movies. It is a culmination of all that storytelling.""
To top it off, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has revealed that Avengers: Infinity War itself will tie together every tease from every Marvel film.
"“With Infinity War, we’re paying off every little thread and every little tease that we’ve had in what will be 18 films prior to Infinity War. There’s never been anything like this. Being able to, film after film, tease at a larger story. Really building these stories up into a giant conclusion. While at the same time introducing an entirely new direction for the future.""

To have this officially confirmed is very exciting. We have learned in the past that after Avengers 4 the MCU will look completely different. That the MCU will officially feel like it has an end and then a whole new beginning will pick up where it left off. I'm extremely excited to see how this is all going to come together and how it will play out.

What are you most excited for with Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4?

Avengers: Infinity War will be in theaters on May 4, 2018.
