The first two episodes of the animated shorts for Star Wars: Forces of Destiny focus on Rey and BB-8.

Disney has released the first two episodes of "Star Wars: Forces of Destiny" and they both focus on Rey and BB-8 from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. These animated shorts will feature several female characters from throughout the franchise

In these episodes Daisy Ridley voices Rey while Lupita Nyong also returned to voice Maz Kanata who is narrating these two videos. These shorts aren't too deep and may be geared towards children but they are fun to watch for all fans alike. The first episode is titled "Sands of Jakku" and has Rey defending BB-8 from a creature that wants to eat him. The second episode is titled "BB-8 Bandits" and has Rey and BB-8 fleeing scavenger thugs who want to steal BB-8. Enjoy!
