Two photos are released for the Fullmetal Alchemist film.

Two brand new photos have been released for the upcoming Fullmetal Alchemist film that feature the film's main characters. In the first photo you'll see Edward Cleric (played by Ryosuke Yamada) with his brother Al. In the second photo you'll see Edward Cleric in a battle with some sort of creature.

While talking about the film and it's all Japanese cast, director Fumihiko Sori stated,

""I want to create a style that follows the original manga as much as possible. The cast is entirely Japanese, but the cultural background is Europe. However, it's a style that doesn't represent a specific race or country. There will never be a scene in which a character says something that would identify him/her as Japanese.""
One thing is for sure, fans from all over the world are going to line up to see this film if it is released worldwide.

Fullmetal Alchemist will be released in Japan in 2017.
