Carrie Fisher's extended Star Wars audition tape has original film lines that give the Rebellion more competency.

Take a look at Carrie Fisher's audition for Star Wars: A New Hope. In it she is reading lines with Harrison Ford (this is before he was given the role of Han Solo) and reading the original script for the film. Not only does Fisher clearly nail the lines perfectly but the lines being read give the Rebellion a little more competency. Fisher talks about the Death Star, the acquired plans gained during a raid on Imperial ship yards, and forming an attack on it. You'll see that the princess knew that the Empire would follow her to the rebel base and more. This video is a lot of fun to watch. Carrie Fisher was brilliant.
