Announcement trailer is released for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them!

Hooray! Harry Potter fans will be waking up today to the first official trailer for the upcoming film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them!

The trailer does a wonderful job at teasing the film yet showing just enough to excite the viewer and gives them chills that a whole new magical adventure is about to begin. I am really excited about this film and returning to the magical world. Watch as Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) travels to New York with his magical case of beasts only to realize that some of escaped. Can Newt and Porpentina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) capture these beasts before something terrible happens?

Film synopsis:

"“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.”"
