Minute Match Up - Green Arrow vs Hawkeye! Who is the stronger hero?

The second episode of "Minute Match-Ups" has been released and it pits DC and Marvel famed archers against each other. This video has Green Arrow (DC) fighting Hawkeye (Marvel) to determine who the better fighter is.

Which comic archer do you prefer? Who do you think would win in a battle between the two? Do you think the battle results would be different in different environments?
