A hero rises in the new Supergirl trailer.

CBS has put out a new trailer for heir upcoming show Supergirl and it is great. It shows off some new footage while still keeping things a mystery for those who do not want to get spoiled. The trailer is titled "A Hero Will Rise" and can be seen below.



While talking to Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg spoke about how the show will handle Supergirl's powers and keeping the show captivating for fans,

"“to put her in situations where she isn’t all-powerful so you can root for her. There’s a tendency with Superman to make him so powerful that there isn’t really any danger. There are plenty of things besides Kryptonite that can take her down. It’s not to diminish her, it’s to make it feel like there’s actual jeopardy to the show.”"

Will you be tuning in to watch Supergirl?

Supergirl will premiere on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 8:30pm and then move to it's regular time at 8pm on November 2, 2015.
