See the first photo of Brandon Routh wearing the Atom suit for the CW's Arrow!
Brandon Routh's character, Ray Palmer, on the CW show Arrow has been working pretty hard to create a suit to allow him to protect his city but until now we have not seen much of it. Fans of the comics know that Ray Palmer eventually becomes the Atom.
Today, the CW and Warner Bros. have released the first official photo of Brandon Routh posing in the Atom suit! IGN is reporting that for the moment this will be simply a suit of armor and will not yet allow Palmer to change his size at will like in the comics.
Look for an appearance of the Atom on Arrow's 15th episode airing on February 25, 2015 as well as the episode "All-Star Team-Up" on The Flash!
I am not yet sure how I feel about the design of the suit but it isn't terrible. It has an interesting look and they worked the "A" onto the chest in a very clever way given the design of the suit. How do you feel about the suit? Are you ready to see the Atom get into some action?
