Fully functional Vadermobile makes its debut at San Diego Comic-Con!

Mattel toys is planning to release a new line of Star Wars themed toys (including Hot Wheels cars) at San Diego Comic-Con and in order to promote them they brought along a fully functioning replica of the "Vadermobile".

"The Vadermobile was built atop a C5 Corvette and prominently features red lightsaber trim on the sides of the car and the wheels. The entire car looks like Vader's iconic mask, and it can reach a top speed of 80 miles per hour."

Attendees at the convention can purchase a collectable Hot Wheels version of this car that comes in a cool lightsaber case for $40.

I know if I saw this driving down the road beside me I would get plenty excited. This car looks great!
