Zack Snyder's Batman vs Superman film officially gets a title and new logo!

Warner Bros. surprised fans today be revealing the official title of Zack Snyder's "Batman vs Superman" film! Along with the title a new logo was also revealed. The film is officially being named Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

This new title clearly hints that this will be an origin story for the Justice League team which is no surprise as Snyder has already signed on for the Justice League movie and stated that it will be a follow up to this film. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will already feature several team members including Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher). Also in the film will be Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg), Alfred (Jeremy Irons), Lois Lane (Amy Adams), Perry White (Laurence Fishburne), and Martha Kent (Diane Lane), and Holly Hunter.

I actually like the "Dawn of Justice" title but am really not crazy about the "Batman v Superman" part. Isn't this supposed to be the Man of Steel sequel? How is Batman going to get top billing in Superman's own film? Funny though because if it was a Batman film I would think it was great. What do you think about this new title?

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will fly into theaters on May 6, 2016.
