DC reveals the new look for Lobo in the New 52!

If you thought that DC Comics was done reintroducing new looks for their characters then think again! DC Comics revealed today the new look for an old favorite; Lobo! This may confuse fans since we have seen Lobo in the comics already since the New 52 has launched. Turns out that that was not the real Lobo and now the real one is back and looking to solve this problem.

""A ruthless killer, Lobo is on a quest to kill the man who has taken his name," Harras says in the latest "What's New in the New 52" column on the DC Comics blog."

DC Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras goes on to describe the new Lobo by saying, 

"This Lobo is equal parts strong, vicious, and driven," said Harras. "There’s a darker and more logical idea about what a force of nature like him is capable of. After all, this is someone who can infiltrate high society, fly a space ship, and adhere to a very specific moral code that’s not your typical anti-hero one. Oh, and, this one-shot takes place very far away from Earth. And when I say very far away, I mean it takes place literally on the other side of the galaxy."

This is a pretty big change from the sarcastic and funny Lobo that fans have known and gotten to love. Lobo is a big, muscular bounty hunter who is also a space biker. Take a look at the older Lobo below.
