Finnick Odair wows Panem in the newest The Hunger Games: Catching Fire promo pic!

Another new photo has been released in The Hunger Gams: Catching Fire's Victory Tour series by Capitol Couture and now fans get to feast their eyes on the District 4 heart throb, Finnick Odair (Sam Clafin). Given that Finnick is known for living by the sea (aside from his trusty trident) this outfit definitely has an air of "sea" about it.
