Effie and Caesar show off their high fashion in new promo pics for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is quickly approaching and fans are now being treated to a series of photos from "Capitol Couture" that will feature some of the high fashion they can expect to see on citizens of Panem's capitol.  The first photos are of Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, and Stanley Tucci as Caesar Flickerman. What do you think of these first shots and the high Capitol fashion that they show?
