JK Rowling set to build an epic Hogwarts style tree house for her children

J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, has proposed to build her two youngest children a tree house that will surely stun you. The designed tree house is in fact so large that it requires building permission from the City of Edinburgh before she can move forward with it. Fans of the Harry Potter series will recognize the design as tower sections from Hogwarts Castle. The two sections of the tree house (yes, two sections) will be connected by a rope bridge and have an entryway via a secret tunnel. Additioanlly, the houses will feature, "spiral staircases, balconies, carvings, escape poles, and more." Right now the tree house is estimated to cost about $236,000!

Dear J.K. Rowling, may I have the blueprints for this tree house? And $236,000, please?

I know this tree house is not technically up in the trees but it's still awesome!

Update (8-30-12):
Rowling has officially been given clearance to start building this tree house!
"However, several residents lodged complaints with Edinburgh’s city council, fearing that the towering structures would become a neighborhood eyesore and block the view of a conservation area. The objections failed to persuade the planning officials, who approved Rowling’s application."
Once done this tree house is going to be amazing. So when can I move in?
