Release date announced for Star Wars: The Clone Wars' seventh season!

The wait is almost over!! The official release date for the 7th season of Star Wars: The Clones Wars has officially been announced! The fan favorite series will return and stream on Disney+ on February 17, 2020!

Star Wars: The Clone Wars has had a long run but has bounced around quite a bit. Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated film was released in theaters in 2008 and was quickly followed by the show of the same name on Cartoon Network for five seasons. In 2014 Netflix picked up the 6th season was was named "The Lost Missions" and since then there have been several comics and novels that have told the stories of incomplete episodes. Now in 2020 fans will receive the 7th season which is supposed to close up all of the unfinished stories that were left open and hanging when the show was originally canceled.
