Exciting news, Marvel fans! New set photos have surfaced of actress Brie Larson on set for Captain Marvel as Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel. Take a look at Larson suited up below and keep reading for an explanation of what you see in the photo.

This looks awesome! However, everyone is shouting about how the suit is green and not even close to the right colors. Well, as we have seen many times before in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, every hero starts out with a prototype suit. However, I would bet that this suit is being influenced by the Kree and the original Captain Mar-Vell's green suit. I have faith that we will see Brie Larson in her red and blue suit soon enough. All of the concept art previously released showed her in it so I doubt Marvel would have just scrapped it. So let's take a deep breath and remember this is just a set photo. Who knows where Marvel will be taking this character. One thing is for sure, I am excited to find out!
