Nintendo Power returns to fans as a podcast! Listen to Episode 1 now.

Nintendo Power was one of video gaming's most memorable news magazines that ran from 1988 to 2012. Fans were devastated when Nintendo decided to end its run. However, in a surprise move, to myself at least, Nintendo Power has returned as a podcast! Making appearance on this podcast are various Nintendo employees like Nintendo Power editor in chief Chris Slate and Nintendo Minute's co-host Kit Ellis.

This first episode features an extremely in depth discussion on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with Eiji Aonuma and Hidemaro Fujibayashi. They discuss weapons, the new motorcycle the "Master Cycle Zero", what went into making Breath of the Wild, and a lot more. Mario's new adventure Super Mario Odyssey is also discussed. I think it's an amazing idea to bring this podcast to fans. I can see this becoming popular with the gaming community.
"In this debut episode of Nintendo Power Podcast, host Chris Slate looks back at the Nintendo Switch system in 2017 with Kit Ellis, co-host of Nintendo Minute, and Damon Baker from Publisher and Developer Relations at Nintendo of America.
In the second portion of this episode, Chris discusses the development of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with the game’s producer, Mr. Eiji Aonuma, and director, Mr. Hidemaro Fujibayashi.
