It's Joker vs Negan in the newest Super Power Beatdown.

Bat in the Sun returns with an all-new Super Power Beat Down that features DC's Joker going against The Walking Dead's Negan. Harley Quinn is on hand to capture everything for the audience and there was also one other cameo at the end that I wasn't too crazy about. It's a good fight with a solid ending.
