Stranger Things 2 reveals a release date with a new poster and teaser trailer.

It's time to return to the town of Hawkins, Indiana! Netflix has just released a new poster and a teaser trailer for Season 2 of Stranger Things and things look like they will be intense. The creators have promised fans that things are going to be much darker and scarier in the second season and that the demigorgon will look nice compared to what is coming. In the poster we see the boys on their bikes looking out to a massive shadow of a monster from the upsidedown.
"The new episodes pick up in 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.
Returning cast members include: Winona Ryder (Joyce), Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), David Harbour (Hopper), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan), Cara Buono (Karen) and Matthew Modine (Martin Brenner). Joe Keery (Steve) and Noah Schnapp (Will) have been promoted to series regulars. New cast members include Paul Reiser (Aliens, Mad About You), Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings, The Goonies), Linnea Berthelsen, Sadie Sink, and Dacre Montgomery."
