3 new posters are released for the Nickelodeon TV movie Legends of the Hidden Temple!

In case you haven't heard yet, Nickelodeon is bringing back their hit game show Legends of the Hidden Temple in the form of a movie! Legends of the Hidden Temple aired from 1993-1995 and was an instant hit with Nickelodeon viewers.

Three posters were revealed today that show some iconic images from the show that will be making their way into the film. First up is the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. (Come on! It's not that hard to put together!!) Next up is Olmec, the legendary head statue that knew the secrets to all of the treasures, and last is the Pendant of Life, a pendant contestants could use to ward off the Temple Guards as they raced to the grand prize.

Film synopsis:
"The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie follows three siblings who break away from a lackluster tour in a jungle, finding themselves immersed in a high-stakes adventure comprised of obstacles that they must complete in order to escape alive. The TV movie will feature many elements from the original game show including: Olmec, a talking head who greets cast members Noah, Sadie and Dudley, and launches them on the adventure of a lifetime; The Steps of Knowledge, the entrance to the temple and launching pad for the mission; and appearances from a green monkey, red jaguar, and silver snakes, among others."
This synopsis may sound cheesy but if you grew up watching the show then you are probably as excited as I am!

Legends of the Hidden Temple will air on Nickelodeon in 2016.
