First look at Billie Lourd (Carrie Fisher's daughter) in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

People Magazine has just released the first official photos of Carrie Fisher's daughter, Billie Lourd, from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It was rumored that Lourd would be playing Leia's daughter but there has been no confirmation. All the same, the first photos of Lourd have her sporting the iconic Princess Leia hair buns in the new film. This could just be a fun nod to Fisher being her actual mother but either way it's a nice touch. In the photo above Billie Lourd is interacting with a new droid named PZ-4CO. Below you can see a character head shot of Lourd's character.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be in theaters on December 18, 2015.
