The evolution of video game characters. Then vs Now.



Video games have evolved quite a bit since they first started appearing in arcades and living rooms around the world. Along with the games, the characters evolved as well. This video from BuzzFeed shows you the evolution of video game characters from their initial appearance to what they look like today.

This is a simpler video that puts the two versions side by side. It would be cool to see them morph from one to the other.

  1. These ancient franchises still look very excellent! One of them, Mega Man, has excellent game play and that does a great job for keeping me engaged in the game!
