DIY Prop Shop - Build the Back to the Future Hoverboard for $35!

If you are a big fan of Back to the Future then at some point you probably wished you had your own hoverboard as seen in Back to the Future 2. Thanks to the folks over at the "AWE me" YouTube channel, now you can!

This new series titled "DIY Prop Shop" from "AWE me" will show fans how to make fantastic props on a budget. Their first episode shows you how to make the Mattel Hoverboard from Back to the Future 2 for just $35!

"We build so many amazing weapons and props, we wanted to offer a show where you at home could build them yourself! Follow along with our host Dustin McLean (“Homemade Movies”) as he shows you how to build awesome props from all of your favorite movies & games, for under $50!

The result came out extremely well and the video does a great job at walking you through each step of the creation process. You can find all of the necessary decals to print out here. This is extremely cool and I may just have to try to build this. If you build it yourself be sure to post a picture(s) in the comments. I would love to see them!
