Warner Bros. has 9 additional DC Comics films in the works!

DC Comics fans were excited to finally get the confirmation that Warner Bros. would be creating a Justice League film after the much anticipated "Batman vs Superman" film. Well the good news doesn't stop there! It is now being reported that Warner Bros. has nine different DC Comics film in the works. (After working on the same two characters for the last 36 years it's about time!)

"Warner has now entrusted its core superheroes to “Man of Steel” director Zack Snyder, who will helm “Superman vs. Batman” and then “Justice League.” It also has nine other movies based on DC comics in development."

The obvious big question then becomes what are the nine films that could be being developed? It's has already been confirmed that the titles of  Shazam, Metal Men, 100 Bullets, and Fables are already being developed by Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema so that is four films right off the top. We've read in recent interviews that a solo Wonder Woman film is currently not being worked on so we know that is (surprisingly) out. Sandman is currently being worked on by Joesph Gordon-Levitt so there is another. Rumors have gone around about a possible Lobo film as well as films focusing on Flash, Aquaman, and Martian Manhunter. However, with Flash getting his own show on the CW, I wouldn't expect him to have a movie coming out just yet. Other possible films could include a rebooted Batman film with Ben Afleck and a rebooted Green Lantern film as well.
