Doctor Who set video reveals a possible new villain and Peter Capaldi using his sonic screwdriver! [video]

Filming on the Doctor Who's eighth season has been in full swing for a little while but this newest video from the set offers some new information for the upcoming eighth season.

In this new video, filmed by Ryan Ferrell, you can see that the 12th Doctor played by actor Peter Capaldi will be keeping the sonic screwdriver of the 11th Doctor, Matt Smith. This may be somewhat disappointing news for fans who were hoping to see a new screwdriver for a new Doctor. But who knows, he can still get a new one later on! The other interesting thing seen in this video is what looks like a new villain that could be part robot.

How do you feel about this new "villain"? How do you feel about Peter Capaldi's Doctor using the same screwdriver as Matt Smith's? This wouldn't be the first time we have seen a new Doctor use an old screwdriver (David Tennant's 10th Doctor used the screwdriver that belonged to the 9th Doctor, Christopher Eccleston) but fans may have been hoping for a change.
