Spock is trapped in a volcano in the first Star Trek Into Darkness clip! [video]

The first clip for the much anticipated Star Trek Into Darkness has been released and it features Zachary Quinto as Spock trapped inside of an active volcano! Besides the impending doom for Spock, be sure to check out the new uniforms that the crew of the Enterprise are wearing. Given the context of the scene you might think they are a kind of wet suit. Personally, the best part of this clip is the giant fish swimming by and Simon Pegg's reaction to it.

Star Trek Into Darkness will beam into theaters on May 17, 2013.
