The Hobbit's second installment gets a new title while the third gets a release date!
Now that news the news that The Hobbit will officially be a trilogy is out fans have been anxiously awaiting the third film's title and release date. Well fans, the wait is now over!
The titles have been swapped a bit. The first film will be The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. The second film will now be titled The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Lastly, the third film will be titled The Hobbit: There and Back Again and will be released on July 18, 2014.
