The CW officially announces the casting for Kate Kane, aka Batwoman, for the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event.

I was recently announced that the DC character Batwoman would be making her debut in the CW's "Arrowverse" during the big crossover event this December. Now fans can finally cheer as the casting for the character has been announced.

Actress Ruby Rose (Orange is the New Black) has been cast as Kate Kane a.k.a. Batwoman. If all goes well with this appearance the CW is looking to pick up the character for her own series.
