Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 concept art shows Stan Lee standing with the Watchers.

Stan Lee's cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 all but confirmed a long running fan theory that he is a Watcher in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Stan Lee appears as himself on a moon talking to a group of Watchers about the various rules he's taken throughout the Marvel films. Though the scene does not come out and say that he is a Watcher himself, it does confirm that all his cameos are the same person and we can safely assume that he's talking to his fellow Watchers in this scene.
