The first official trailer for Marvel and Hulu's Runaways sets up the show's story.

The first official trailer for Marvel and Hulu's upcoming series Runaways has been released and it looks fantastic. The trailer gives fans a glimpse at how our characters come together, their evil parents, and if you watch closely you even spot the snout of Old Lace, Gert's velociraptor. The show is based on the comic series created by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona.

Initial reports from fans who were able to see the first episode at New York Comic Con all say the show was great with a lot of potential so I am excited to see what's in store for us.

"Every teenager thinks their parents are evil, what if they actually are? 

After discovering their parents are super-villains in disguise, a group of teenagers band together to run away from their homes in order to atone for their parents' actions and to discover the secrets of their origins."
