80's video game characters attack New York City in the new "Pixels" film trailer!

The film Pixels has been known about for some time but now fans can sit back and see the full trailer for the first time. I'm a little puzzled since it delivers a wide spectrum of thoughts. The film brings in some of the most iconic video game characters from the 80's (and some might say all time) and has them attacking New York City. On one hand it is awesome seeing these characters on the big screen. But then the film stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Peter Dinklage, and Josh Gad who are trying to save the world from the alien invasion that sent down these characters. This has me concerned because their films could really go either way; amazingly funny or just awful. I laughed at some of the jokes in this trailer but I doubt every joke will be a success in this film.

Watch closely and you'll also see a quick inserted frame into the trailer at the 1:38 mark that takes you to a website called Dojo Quest that is about Ashley Benson's character in the film. You'll also see a video game trailer for her character.

Pixels will be in theaters on July 24, 2015.
