Is Doctor Who a religion? [video]

There is no denying that the British sci-fi show Doctor Who has a very devoted and loyal following. There is even a name for it's fans; Whovian. I should know. I am one! But the Idea Channel at PBS created a very interesting video that poses the question, "Is Doctor Who a religion?" I recommend that every give this guy a chance to give his speech as he makes some very interesting points that might make you think twice about your initial answer. Also, the video is spoiler free so that's great!

"Dr. Who is one of the longest running TV shows on the BBC, and it's got a huge fandom surrounding it, called Whovians. And while it might not seem like, Whovianism, might just be RELIGION!!!!!
