Agent Carter and the Howling Commandos return in the season premiere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.!

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is getting ready to return and this season they are starting out with some very special guest appearances. During the premiere episode three stars of the film Captain America: The First Avenger will be making a return during a 1940's flashback. Agent Carter (Hayley Atwell), Jim Morita (Kenneth Choi) and Dum Dum Dugan (Neal McDonough) are all set to return. You'll recognize the two males as a part of the Howling Commandos. These characters are said to return for a flashback that will shine a light on the origin of S.H.I.E.L.D..

""Coulson is a big student of history and wants to return to those old ideals of Agent Carter's time," says executive producer Jed Whedon. "He's, like, 'Let's be the S.H.I.E.L.D. we were meant to be!' He wants to do the job right this time.""
