New promo is released for Arrow Season 3! [video]

An all new promo has been released by the CW for season 3 of Arrow and it has some great new footage! Watch a kiss between Oliver and Felicity, Count Vertigo's arrival in Starling City, Canary kick some butt, and even Thea training with The Dark Archer! If the end of season 2 is any indication of what is to come, season 3 should be very exciting!
