Sony announces the release date for the Uncharted film adaptation!

In a surprise move Sony announced that The Amazing Spider-Man 3 would be pushed back to 2018 from its original date in 2016. However, fans of the hit video game franchise Uncharted may be in for a real treat as it was announced that the film adaptation of the game (tentatively titled "Uncharted") will take its spot!

At the moment Uncharted is set to be released on June 10, 2016. Uncharted will be based on the hit PlayStation franchise of the same name that follows the action adventures of treasure hunter Nathan Drake as he attempts to uncover various historical mysteries. Are you excited that the film is now underway and moving forward?
