Roy Harper gets suited up in Season 3 of the CW's Arrow as Arsenal! See Arsenal in his full costume now!

The first photo of actor Colton Haynes has been released for the next season of the CW's Arrow and it has him suiting up as the hero "Arsenal". The end of the second season of Arrow left Heynes' character Roy Harper cured of the Mirakuru serum that gave him his superhero like powers but it appears that that won't stand in his way from fighting crime. Arsenal is set to make his first appearance in the premiere episode of Arrow's third season on October 8, 2014. Check out Arsenal's black and red leather costume below.
