The Jim Henson Company teams up with the BBC for new puppet show 'No Strings Attached'
The recent release of The Muppets may not have been the box office hit it should have been but there is no doubt that muppet fans in their 20's and 30's enjoyed it. In fact, enough people enjoyed it that the BBC has teamed up with The Jim Henson Company to release a new puppet show titled No Strings Attached.
No Strings Attached will introduce fans to a new cast of puppets in a Muppet Show type setting. Each show will have two celebrity guests and these guests will compete head to head in different games run by the puppet characters and participate in sketches as well. All the puppets have been designed and created at the Jim Henson Creature Shop in Los Angeles.
I don't know about you, but I could use some more muppets in my life. Now here's hoping this does well enough in England that it comes over to the US!
