The Amazing Spider-Man running time will shock fans!

AMC Theaters has put up the official running time for the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man and it will not be what most fans were expecting or hoping for.

The running time is 1 hour 31 mins. For a big blockbuster film this is exceptionally short as most would expect the time to be near the 2 hour mark.

What do you think of this running time? Is this just too short to tell a whole Spider-Man story?

The Amazing Spider-Man will swing into theaters on July 3, 2012.
